The Bruce invasion

When Grandpa was younger, he knew a man named Bruce who always wore a hat like this. Hence the Bruce hat...the Bruce invasion.

Big or small...a matter of perspective

At just over two months, Deaglan is 14.5 pounds and getting taller all the time. He had his first set of vaccines this week - what a nerve-racking event for mom and dad! He smiles a great big toothless grin which we still haven't been able to catch on camera but boy does seeing it ever melt your heart!

When mom's holding him, he looks like such a big boy and at 14 and a half pounds he feels it too.

But when dad has him flying in the air...

or sitting on his lap, Deaglan doesn't look that big after all. I guess it's all a matter of perspective.
